Love this article!
What did happen to the designs! these old pedals look super sharp. I grew up during the boom of the Grunge Pedal style of effects. The classic pedal designs look much better.
I'm going to go on a hunt for these old school babies!
thanks

What was the one Keith Richards always used? I liked that one.
I loved the look of the mid-80's DODs. Once they dropped the classic stomp switch, and moved to the light touch electronic switching, but before the graphics got gaudy.
My first DOD was from the 1984 lineup. They never looked better, before or since IMO.
Simple, clean, functional. Not ridiculous. See this revision of the FX25.
